Refund & Return Policy

Returns

We're confident you'll love your purchase. While we don’t accept returns or exchanges, we know things can occasionally happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product and packaging.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.

If your order was purchased using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, not the original price.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@beserein.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
