Returns
We're confident you'll love your purchase. While we don’t accept returns or exchanges, we understand that things can occasionally happen during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of both the product and the packaging — we’ll be happy to help.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
Promotional Orders
If your order was placed using a promotional discount, the refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount, not the original price.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@beserein.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
